These Terms govern your use of Profit Prop Test. The service is operated by KEMET KIDS LLC, 500 West 5th Street, Winston Salem, NC 27101, United States (“Profit Prop Test”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy policy and our Refund policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What Profit Prop Test is

Profit Prop Test replays trading records from an export you supply against account rules you select or edit. It estimates historical outcomes such as account survival, evaluation progress, payout potential and replacement cost. It is an analysis and comparison tool.

It is not a prop firm, broker, investment adviser, fund, signal service or trade-execution service. It does not place orders, manage an account or guarantee that you will pass an evaluation, receive funding or be paid. Nothing on the site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and use only accounts you are authorised to use. You are responsible for activity through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account is compromised.

One person should not maintain multiple accounts to obtain repeated free trials or evade usage limits. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service, attack it, or resell access without permission.

3. Free trial and Unlimited subscriptions

New accounts receive a 3-day free trial from account creation, with a limit of 3 new uploads per UTC day. A trial does not require a payment card. When the trial ends, uploads are paused until you subscribe. Your saved local library is not deleted; you can still sign in and manage billing.

Unlimited is offered at the following standard prices, billed in US dollars and recurring until cancelled:

Unlimited includes unlimited uploads and analysis, prop account comparisons and strategy comparisons while the subscription is active.

Introductory offer. A 50% discount is available on the first payment of any Unlimited plan with promotion code PROPTEST50 entered at checkout (codes are not case-sensitive). The code is offered during the free trial and to first-time customers; it cannot be combined with other discounts. The discount applies once, to the first invoice only. Subsequent invoices renew at the standard price for the selected interval. The offer may be withdrawn for new purchases at any time; an order already confirmed keeps its discount.

Checkout, renewals, invoices and the Customer Portal are provided by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges at the selected interval until you cancel. Applicable sales tax or VAT is added at checkout. Stripe presents the amount before you confirm.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel renewal at any time from Manage billing on your account page or the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting your account or clearing browser storage does not cancel a Stripe subscription.

Refunds are governed by our Refund policy. In short: the trial is free, cancellations are not prorated, a first paid charge may be refunded within 7 days, and duplicate, unauthorised or materially failed charges are refunded. Statutory rights are not excluded.

5. Prices and changes

We may change prices or plan features. For an active subscription, a price change will be communicated before it applies to a renewal, and you may cancel before that renewal. We may correct pricing or billing errors. If a change materially reduces the service, you may cancel and receive a refund of any unused prepaid period at our discretion or where law requires.

6. Acceptable use

• Use the service only for lawful purposes and with data you are entitled to use.
• Do not upload malware, attempt to access another user’s data, probe or overload the service, or bypass authentication, usage limits or payment.
• Do not scrape, resell, sublicense or copy the service or its comparison data at scale without written permission.
• Do not misrepresent simulation output as a guarantee, audited result or endorsement by a prop firm, broker or exchange.

We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, chargeback abuse or non-payment. Where reasonable, we will explain why and allow a chance to fix the issue.

7. Your files and licence

You keep ownership of your trade exports, account profiles and notes. You grant us a limited licence to process the fingerprint and usage information needed to operate the service; raw trade files remain on your device as described in the Privacy policy. We own the site, software, simulation engine, comparison content and branding. Public account-rule data is compiled from cited sources and remains subject to those sources’ terms.

8. Third-party names and links

TradingView, prop firm names and other third-party marks belong to their owners. References are for identification and comparison; they do not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement. Some links are commercial: the TradingView link on our How it works page is an affiliate link, and we may earn a commission if you purchase through it. Commercial links do not change simulation results or rankings. Third-party sites and their prices, rules and availability are outside our control.

9. Affiliate program

The partner program is separate from your customer subscription. Applications are reviewed manually. Approved partners receive a referral code and are paid 50% of the first net payment, excluding tax, for each new customer attributed to them. Commissions are held for 30 days for refunds and disputes, then become payable subject to a $50 minimum and the program rules shown on the partner page. Partners must disclose the commercial relationship and must not promise funding, passes or payouts. We may pause or end the program with notice for earned commissions.

10. Simulations and no guarantee

Results depend on the completeness and accuracy of your export and the rules you select. Exports can be incomplete; excursion timing can be uncertain; third-party rules can change. The engine does not model every firm condition, including intraday trailing drawdown, news restrictions and all position limits. Outcomes are estimates, not predictions. Past performance does not indicate future results. You are responsible for confirming your firm’s current rules and for your trading decisions.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, but we work to fix reported problems.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KEMET KIDS LLC and its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, loss of profits, trading losses, lost funding opportunities, or loss of data, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims and costs arising from your content, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of the service, except to the extent caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, contact support@profitproptest.com and allow 30 days to resolve the issue. Subject to any mandatory consumer protections where you live, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Forsyth County, North Carolina.

15. Changes and general

We may update these Terms; the effective date shows the current version. Material changes will be announced on the site before they apply. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, the Privacy policy and the Refund policy are the entire agreement about the service.
